Hello everyone, about two weeks ago we shared Pitbound’s demo and today we have an update.
Based on the feedback received, we worked on the game and improved it quite a bit.
But first, let me remind you to wishlist Pitbound on Steam.
Visual Improvements
We received a feedback about the ground: the previous one was too rich and added some visual chaos – in a type of game where you have to grasp things at a glance.
So we went in the opposite direction and simplified the ground a lot.

Now things are more readable and that’s a great step forward.
Another important feedback that we got was about the animations. Previously the characters were 100% static and we didn’t work on animations to reach the first demo as fast as possible.
Now that we got to the demo, we can spend time to improve it in every aspect, including visuals.
We added walk animations and attack animations for all the characters. You can appreciate these from our new teaser trailer:
Other than these, we added a few visual improvements.
Finally, we’re currently working on some visual effects to further enhance the game.
Added UI
While I’ve been working hard on the coding, Vincenzo has been busy creating all the UI in Pitbound. Little by little, the game is coming together.
Here’s a look at the shop, for example.

Improving Pitbound Step by Step
If you’re new here and haven’t been following us during BioSynth’s development, let me mention this.
Pitbound isn’t in its final state. We’ll be improving it based on the feedback we receive, till the game looks and feels great. This means that any constructive feedback is really appreciated and will help the development a lot. So, please share your opinion with us.
This is what we’ve been doing for years with BioSynth and that’s how we work here.
See you on the next update!
PS: don’t forget to wishlist Pitbound on Steam!
